Il brano nasce come sigla ufficiale del campionato europeo di calcio del 1980, svoltosi in Italia (nelle città di Napoli, Milano, Torino e Roma; citate anche nel testo). La canzone nasce rielaborando “Going Down Mexico” dei Cyan, gruppo in cui militava lo stesso Lopez. Successivamente, venne usata come sigla dell’anime.
